Volunteer: Helping with Senior Transportation Needs

Do you love to drive and meet new people? Do you want to make a positive difference in your community? Then serving as a volunteer for ADVOCAP's transportation program is a great opportunity for you! Just last year we were able to accommodate over 1700 rides for people in our community.


This valuable program enables children, adults and seniors to attend important appointments at no cost. This opportunity is open to volunteers age 55 and older that possess a reliable car and a good driving record. A valid Wisconsin drivers license, proof of insurance and background check is required. We receive multiple ride requests per day so we are able to accommodate any amount of time you are able to commit. Drivers can drive as much or as little as they would like and can refuse any ride. So even if you just have a few hours a week you would be making a lasting impact on someone's life!
