Volunteer Opportunities From: Volunteer Oshkosh

We are looking for a male volunteer to create a social and activity group for men only.  this would take place in Creekview which is a skilled nursing facility.  Must be comfortable with the elderly.  this would be anew opportunity so there is flexibility in programming.  Come share your talents and active listening skills to enhance the lives of the men who currently live here.

Background check is required.

Come engage our residents through activities ex: Bingo, Card games or use your imagination.   We are in need of volunteers to assist with our many activities we have going on through the building.   We have activities at all skill levels.  There are opportunities throughout the week and some weekends.  Flexible scheduling is available.

Evergreen has a variety of life engaging opportunities for residents! To make this possible for our residents to enjoy in Assisted Living & Skilled Nursing, Wheelchair Transporters are needed to the following events:

Church Services on Wednesday's (9:00 am start time), Sunday Vesper Services (3:00 pm start time) and for various events throughout the week in the Worship & Performing arts Center. (times vary, evenings included)

Candidates must be independent, physically able to push wheelchairs & to attend the events with the residents.

**This would not be compatible for community service hour requirements or a short term assignment.

Volunteers must pass a background check and show proof of Covid-19 vaccination to be considered. 

Come pamper our residents in assisting with painting their nails.  Once a week on Wed around 10:00am the residents in our assisted living gather to get their nails painted.  If you have a desire to help and to hold conversations we'd love to have you.
