Information Collection, Use, and Sharing
Oshkosh Area United Way gathers personally identifiable data when voluntarily submitted by a user, which may include: name, addresses, phone numbers, emails, etc. This information is used solely by Oshkosh Area United Way and its partnering organizations in order to properly contact users or connect with users regarding specific opportunities that the user has shown interest in. NOTHING else.
We are the sole owners of the information collected. We will not sell or rent this information to anyone.
We will not share your information with any third party outside of our organization other than our partner organizations, affiliates, contractors, advisors, service providers or in our reasonable discretion to investigate or prevent fraud, illegal activity or misuse of our web site.

Organization Expectations
Oshkosh Area United Way reserves the right to refuse any organizations whose volunteer opportunities or program missions or purpose is contrary to the spirit of volunteerism or deemed inappropriate for this site. Oshkosh Area United Way will not accept postings from individual citizens, organizations that are partisan in their politics, religious organizations with opportunities restricted to a specific religion or congregation, or postings for opportunities for which an organization is trying to replace a hired position with unpaid labor.
Additionally, organizations agree to provide opportunities that do not discriminate based on race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, national origin, political belief, or mental disability. At no point should any fee be required from a volunteer in order to participate.
Organizations agree to provide a safe environment for volunteers to work, training (where necessary), supervision, and proper communication at all times to ensure effective volunteer service and satisfaction.
Oshkosh Area United Way does not conduct individual background checks on users of this site.
