With graceful intensity and relentless passion, we are connected to one another creating a healthier overall person and ultimately a healthier community in which we live and work.
What We Do
We rise by lifting others. Our logo, the sun, signifies the dawn of a new day. New beginnings, opportunities, intentions. We are a body positive fitness community that emphasizes the importance of being better together through service leadership and engagement. We are a 501c(3) non-profit organization.
