Fox Valley Memory Project

Fox Valley Memory Project is a collaborative non-profit organization operating and supporting programs and services that improve the quality of life for those experiencing dementia as well as their family, care partners, and friends. We encourage practices of hospitality and inclusion to foster a dementia-friendly community.

We provide a variety of programs within our four-county service area which offer creative themes and activities designed to welcome and engage those with dementia. Fox Valley Memory Project provides information to support care partners and family members on the dementia journey. Through community outreach and educational events, we are increasing awareness of living well with memory loss and creating an inclusive community.
