Raffle Basket Setup (Day of the Event)

If you like have a heart for dogs and you have limited time to volunteer, then this is the perfect volunteer job for you.
Pups on the Runway is an event happening April 24th to raise funds to support Phoenix the facility dog for Day by Day Shelter. All funds will be used for his vet care, vaccinations, food, and supplies.
We are looking for a team to set up the Raffle baskets, ticket cups, and signs for the event. Tables will be available after 1:00 the day of the event and they need to be set by 4:00. We are looking at a 2:00 – 4:00 set up time.
If you have a good eye and can make displays that don’t look cluttered, then this is the job for you.
